RAFAEL BARBIERI

Rafael is passionate about solving business problems and challenging the status quo. With a degree in Production Engineering, Rafael commenced his career in the Logistics and Airline industries where he quickly developed his passion for client satisfaction. Since then, he has worked in several geographical regions across a variety of sectors including Insurance, Banking and Hospitality.

Armed with deep project delivery experience and an agile approach, Rafael has successfully led many large, complex programs to realise sustainable benefits.

Despite being an adrenaline junkie and a keen traveller, Rafael prefers spending his spare time with his family. If there is a Grand Prix on the TV in the background…even better.

CRISTIAN BAIGORRIA

As a veteran project delivery professional in a wide variety of industries, Cristian applies his instinctive agile mindset to all challenges and is gifted at making practical suggestions to optimise flow and eliminate waste.

Cristian is a man of few words and has a disciplined focus on action! Over the last decade, he has successfully led a multitude of large agile transformation initiatives. He typically gravitates towards the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as a departure point but may also draw on traditional Project Management ideas to sculpt a bespoke solution more applicable to client circumstances.

He is a regimental bagpipe member, and his personal interests are real estate investment, Polo, Rugby and all forms of outdoor cooking.
