What is Value Stream Mapping?

Value Stream Mapping is a visually stimulating and interactive method of improving client product(s) and delivery. It can also be used to optimize portfolios or product road mapping during transformation initiatives.

Elements of Value Stream Mapping

A thorough Value Stream Mapping exercise will quickly identify the entire end-2-end Value Stream and all the people, systems, and processes contributing (or not) to the final consumable product (tangible or intangible).

Outcomes include optimizing flow, streamlining processes, reducing waste, and boosting efficiency!

The Valstroom Difference

“I could not more strongly recommend Valstroom. They were absolutely critical to a very successful transformation of our Information Services department. We worked with them to define our vision, roadmap and supporting execution plan – and it has paid off. We have bridged the gap that we previously had between IS and our business partners, we have a much more empowered and high performing enterprise, and we have truly transformed our culture! Thank you Valstroom.
